Bahamas Rum Cake Factory produces Bundt rum cakes in three scrumptious flavours, Original Caribbean, Chocolate Ecstasy and Tropical Pina Colada, which are truly a real taste of The Bahamas. The cakes are made from all natural ingredients, baked to perfection, then marinated in the famous Don Lorenzo Rum, distilled in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. They are vacuum packed for shipping, which keeps them moist until opened, and include a"jig of rum syrup" to pour over the cake or ice cream when served. The factory has produced Caribbean rum cakes for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards for excellence in the rum cake business.Cakes are available in stores throughout the island, in the Departure Lounge at the airport and at Festival Place on Prince George Wharf where free samples are available daily between 10am and 5.30pm.
