Maybe it's our Bahamian family values, or our appreciation of big smiles on little faces, but whatever the reason there are lots of special programmes for families. From educational ecotours to day sailing, to walking through street markets, every member of your family will find something new and entertaining to do.
Blue Lagoon Island close encounter: This is an interactive programme where participants stand on a platform, which is approximately 3 feet below the water. Heartwarming interactions include the kiss, hug, and dance, as well as the opportunity to touch and feed your new friends - Cost: $98. Swim with the dolphins: After an educational orientation, enjoy a 30 minute swim (approx.) during which you will be able to touch, kiss, feed and dance with these lovable mammals. Highlights include being witness to wielding dolphin flips and the awesome foot push. Cost: $185 Observer: Observers may view the programme activities from the dock areas. This programme does not allow you to go on the platforms with encounter and swim guests - SORRY, no exceptions! No pre-payment is required, unless you wish to participate in one of our other programmes. Cost $25 Weddings: Dolphin Encounters takes great pleasure in providing wedding opportunities that are among the most unique in the Caribbean. Each wedding package can be customised to fit your individual needs. Not only would your wedding be unique, but it is guaranteed to be filled with many exciting and memorable moments.
